The last stage of training involves 18 months of articles with a practicing attorney-at-law.
Only people who are Caymanian or are otherwise approved by the Cayman Islands Cabinet (for example a person married to a Caymanian) are eligible for articles in the Cayman Islands. Securing articles is the individual’s responsibility and it’s advisable to apply early.
