In connection with the Cayman Islands Mutual Evaluation Report, there are several recommended actions that relate to outreach. Professional supervisory bodies such as CARA are charged with the responsibility of ensuring that supervised members have been supplied with relevant knowledge to comply with their obligations, including those relating to proliferation financing.

- Kerri-Ann Gillies, Crown Counsel for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions; and
- Justine Plenkiewicz, Deputy National Coordinator – Supervision, of the Cayman Islands Government
will present for an hour on proliferation financing as it is relevant to the Cayman Islands.
To address the relevant recommended actions set out in the Cayman Islands Mutual Evaluation Report, it is essential for all supervised members to ensure that at least one representative from each firm supervised for AML / CFT / CPF purposes attends this outreach session.
This outreach session is aimed at senior members of firms and compliance professionals within the firms, but all are welcomed to attend.
