CILPA - Special General Meeting

Please take note that a Special General Meeting ("SGM") of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association ("CILPA") will be held on 16 December 2019 at Jasmine Villa, West Bay Road (road entrance immediately next to Coconut Joes Restaurant and Bar) at 6:00pm.

Attached is the SGM Notice and related materials, forms of which also will shortly be posted to CILPA's website.
 
The agenda for the SGM shall be:

• Call to order
• Special Resolution to adopt Amended & Restated Memorandum & Articles of Association of CILPA
• Any other business  
• Adjournment
