I hereby apply for membership of CILPA. In so doing I agree to abide by the Amended and Restated Articles of Association of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association Ltd. (Amended by Special Resolution dated 16 December 2019), a Cayman Islands company (“Articles“) and any subsequent amendments to these Articles that may occur while I remain a Member.

I agree that whilst a Member of CILPA I will abide by the Code of Conduct for Cayman Islands Attorneys-At-Law and any amendments made to that Code of Conduct that may occur while I remain a member of CILPA.

I confirm that I either hold a current Practicing Certificate issued by the Clerk of the Grand Court or that there is a pending application for the issue or renewal of a Practicing Certificate in my name. I undertake to notify the Secretary of CILPA in the event that at any time this position changes.

I agree to notify the Secretary of CILPA in the event that any disciplinary proceedings are brought or have been brought against me anywhere in the world regardless of the outcome of those proceedings.

I understand that the membership year of CILPA runs from 1 January to 31 December and a failure to pay my membership fees may result in me being removed as a member of CILPA by its Council.

I will pay my membership fee of CI$150. Cheques should be made payable to the “Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association“.
